This program, together with OPC, allows you to produce PROFILE TOOLS on grinders - it combines two types of machines into one: a profile grinder /e.g. PTW, AMADA/ and a 5-axis CNC tool grinder, which greatly expands the possibilities of using these machines.
-Round grinding machine - a fixture for round grinding with a continuously programmable servo motor.
With this software and cameras, we have a classic 5-axis CNC grinder + profile grinder and we have greatly expanded our production capabilities and the ability to reach a much larger range of customers.
So we have two grinders in one machine - a toolmaker 5-axis CNC grinder and a profile grinder.
