This machine was designed for automatic closing of FEFCO 410 boxes. Longitudinal and transverse gluing of the box is ensured by Hot Melt glue.

Two transverse pressure arms bring the box to the reference stop, where the applicator applies glue to the longitudinal side of the box. The vertical system presses the longitudinal wing of the box and glues it.

One fixed carriage allows the application of glue and the closing of the first head of the box. The vertical system then applies glue to the second head of the box and closes it.

To maintain the correct gluing time, pressure is exerted on the wings of the closed box for a period that can be set using the PC.

The closed box leaves the line while the machine closes the next one. The subsequent box can have a different size from the previous one.

All changes are made automatically, WITHOUT STOPPING, and can be controlled using the PC located on the electrical cabinet.
